Wool Finance Partners has arranged a $1.75 million loan on a 40,300 Square foot site in downtown Atlanta at the intersection of Ted Turner Drive and Peachtree Place. The site is to be utilized for future development.
Ownership had closed in cash on the acquisition and was looking to recoup a portion of their equity. The Non-Recourse, Floating Rate loan was structured with a 35 month term and no pre-payment penalty.
