Gary Wool of Wool Finance Partners has arranged a $14 million loan for two industrial buildings located in the Lincolnshire/Vernon Hills industrial market. The loan was secured by two buildings totaling 350,000 square feet, leased to a single tenant. The Lender, a regional bank, underwrote the loan based upon the quality of property, the financial strength of the tenant, a minimum lease term of 10 years, and the experience of the Borrower.
